2. Mailing Process  We know you can not risk your passport and jeopardize your travel plan.

2.1  Mail your package to us

Mail your package to the address shown in your Service Form-1.

For Rush 6–hour-same-day service, must notify us by email with tracking number, so we can arrange an officer to wait for package and process immediately.

Write your Service ID on envelope (easier for our process)

Strongly recommend you to use a "track-able" mail, such as US PS "Priority Mail" with delivery confirmation; or FedEx, etc.

If it shows MI HQ p.o. Box: It works best for reliable and faster deliveries, and it works for US Postal Service mails only;

If you want to use FedEx / DHL-USA / UPS which can not send to a P.O Box, you may use office address:

    ChinaServices.us HQ,

    20879 Chase Drive, #102

    Novi, MI 48375

    (Phone number: 248-504-4624)

If in your Service Form-1 it shows a Chicago address:  it works for all kinds of in-coming shipping methods.

    (Phone number: 248-504-4624)

For any mails coming to us, be sure it DOES NOT require "signature" (check "signature waived" if applicable), to avoid possible delays from delivery and re-delivery (our officer may be on the road when your mail is arriving).

2.2   Shipping back Selection

We strongly recommend you pay and authorize us to ship your package back  using FedEx, a very good balance of reliability and cost - fast, track-able, and insured.

If you have selected so and paid for, we will prepare all, and you DO NOT NEED TO SEND ENVELOPE.

If you did not select during application and want to select now, you can just add manually to the Total ($9.90 for 2-3 days delivery, or $16.90 for overnight)

If you still want to use self-stamped envelope, write your Service ID on the envelope. – Note: No tracking, nor insurance available.

When ready we can drop it to a US PS mail box (we can not wait on line for counter service)

NO UPS, NOR DHL, etc.  - we can not work with too many carriers.

3. Error Proof Tips

Our experience shows the following items are on the top of error list:

3.1 Visa Application Form (07): Most often missed items while it is required:

Chinese Name: If the applicant was ever a Chinese citizen in the past.

#4 Contact & Inviter in China; a MUST for business visa; an org with contact person’s name, address and phone.

For tourist / visit visa, it is recommended. May be a family member, relative, friend, travel agent, a hotel, with name, address, and phone.

Signature, a MUST. Parents may sign for young children, with “(father/mother/guardian)”

3.2 Timing too tight & risk too high

Although, from the time you send mail out, it is possible to get back in 5 working days by all Rush / overnight, or 12 working days by standard process, keep in mind that we need 1-2 days for record keeping, turn-around, time slipped for any unexpected reasons…. It is strongly recommended that you plan with a safety margin.

3.3  Short of supporting documents

See the checklist above.

3.4 Send in originals for supporting documents when copies are acceptedWe will not be responsible for getting originals back to you.

3.5 Lost track of Service ID

This is required if you have any question regarding your package, either web-tracking, email inquiry, or phone inquiries

3.6 Applied too early

Visa is valid within 180 days from the time it is issued (likely the same date as it reaches Visa Office) to the date you entering China.

3.7 Use of P.O box for shipping back – Return mail uses FedEx or  DHL-usa, can not deliver to P.O. boxes at all)

If you selected and paid us for shipping back, but entered P.O. Box for address, the carrier will call you for redirection, and charge $10 extra.

3.8 Keeps no copy of passport

Your passport is so important, that you should always have a copy.
